Construction And Rehabilitation Of Office Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation works including committee room civil works and internal electrification under the Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems project. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Contractors registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS together with hard copies delivered before the closing time. Original call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall accompany the bid. Bids shall be opened at 2:30 p.m. on the opening date. Additional bid security may be required where quoted rates exceed the prescribed threshold below the engineer's estimate.
