Outsourcing Of Janitorial Services For Hospital Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for hospital and college buildings through national competitive bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Well-established firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the EPADS system together with all mandatory documents. A physical bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft shall be submitted before the deadline together with the required affidavit. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30-07-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date.
