Municipal Goods Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of rental tractors, hydraulic tractor trolleys, Mazda and Hyundai vehicles, tent and shamyany rental services, flex streamers, stationery items, Pakistani and Kashmiri flags, flowers, sweets, refreshment boxes, water, juice, printed forms, chona, hurmchi, distemper, cleanliness materials, razor and barbed wire, temporary shuttering pipes, sports festival materials, temporary lighting and strychnine medicine for stray dog control. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated value of the quoted items shall be submitted electronically. Bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m. on the opening date. Incomplete or improperly submitted bids shall be rejected.
