Hospital Medical Supplies Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts on an item-wise basis for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, dialysis items, UHI items, general store items, transportation of goods and repair and maintenance of machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Registered firms in relevant categories are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original bid security in the form of CDR, pay order or bank draft equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before the tender opening time together with the electronic submission. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value. Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the opening date. Conditional, incomplete or unsigned bids shall be rejected and procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and applicable procurement regulations.
