Municipal Framework Contracts Works Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for office stationery, event arrangements and services, supply and fixing of tyres and batteries for tractors, mini dumpers and water bowsers, replacement and painting of kerbstones, lane marking, road studs, Independence Day procurement and arrangements, and fabrication of superstructure for an aerial platform. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with e-PADS, FBR, PRA, PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS with electronic bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. Successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes municipal supplies, stationery, event management, tyres, batteries, road marking, kerbstone painting, fabrication works, vehicle maintenance and civic infrastructure support services.
