Supply Of Desktop Computers For School It Laboratories Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation and delivery of desktop computers including tower, all-in-one or mini PCs with LED monitors, keyboards, mouse, Windows 11 and UPS units for establishment of IT laboratories in 25 High and Higher Secondary Schools. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Firms, suppliers and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System together with technical documents and the original CDR equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value of Rs.95,000,000. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on the opening date. Successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee and complete supply within 30 days of the supply order. Pro Tip: This procurement includes desktop computers, all-in-one computers, mini PCs, LED monitors, keyboards, computer peripherals, UPS units, educational IT laboratories and computer hardware for schools.
