Web Hosting Services Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of web hosting services for a period of three years through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Well reputed firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual submissions through hand, registered post or courier shall not be accepted. Original Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit issued by the Bank of Punjab equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before the technical bid opening, failing which the bid shall be rejected. The estimated procurement value is Rs.6,120,000 per year inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Tender documents shall be duly signed and stamped on every page.
