Emergency Relief Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of single-fly canvas cloth tents, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets and portable toilets on a need basis with locked prices through Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers, contractors, dealers, firms, vendors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority, Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M. and opened at 11:30 A.M. Samples of all items or detailed technical brochures for imported items are required before the closing date.
