Framework Contract Medicines Dialysis Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for local purchase and supply of medicines, disposable items, SSP medicines and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using open competitive bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders include financially sound companies, firms, authorized distributors, authorized sales and service dealers and chain pharmacies registered with Income Tax and active Sales Tax authorities. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR and remain valid for 120 days. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
