Procurement under framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including Misc. Store Items - IT Equipment - Plant/Machinery - Furniture/Fixture - Repair of Plant/Machinery & Furniture/Fixture - Office/Computer Stationery & Printing Items - Horse Feeding & Medicine - Repair of Transport - Purchase of Tyres - Batteries - Filters - Lubricants - Repair of Office Buildings and Residential Buildings. Estimated procurement value is PKR 356.17 million with bid security at 2% for each procurement head as specified. Open competitive bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately online, inclusive of all taxes. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Demand Draft or Pay Order and the required affidavit shall be submitted in hard form before bid opening while scanned copies shall be uploaded on E-PADS. Eligible bidders include well reputed, financially sound firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agencies, dealers and distributors having relevant experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities where applicable. Bid opening will be held at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical samples or brochures where required shall be submitted within five days after bid opening. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value shall be required from the successful bidder.
