Description
Procurement of transformer reclamation workshop material including digital truck weighing scales, LT winding machine up to 1000 KVA transformer, digital HT winding machine, lathe machine, pipe molding machine, electric edge and side core cutting machine, straight core cutting machines, V core cutting machine, walk through metal detector gates, industrial heat blowers, vacuum pumps for drying electric ovens, acidity testing set, dissolved gas analysis testing set, high voltage break down testing set, peel and twist testing machine and viscosity testing set. Procurement shall be conducted on FCS basis through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 using EPADS Version 2.0. Electronic bids only shall be accepted. Original bid security in the prescribed form shall be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline and a copy shall be uploaded with the electronic bid. Bid opening shall take place thirty minutes after each submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
