Description
Prequalification of firms and vendors located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for repair, maintenance, servicing, overhauling, procurement and specialized services including official vehicles, motorcycles, spare parts, tyres, batteries, IT equipment, office automation equipment, networking infrastructure, communication systems, electrical installations, HVAC systems, diesel generators, fire safety equipment, elevators, office furniture, civil works, plumbing, sanitation, waterproofing, cleaning services, landscaping, horticulture, office equipment, security equipment, event management and other operational services for the financial year 2026-27. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0. Hard copy bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 A.M. on the same day. Pro Tip: This prequalification covers facility management, civil maintenance, electrical services, HVAC maintenance, networking, IT support, vehicle maintenance, security systems, office infrastructure and government operational support services.
