Medicines Laboratory Hospital Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, Sehat Sahulat Programme medicines, pathology laboratory items, dialysis items, radiology items, general store items, dental materials, surgical instruments, stationery and printing items, electrical and IT items together with maintenance services for dialysis RO plant and computer printers for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the prescribed form. Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
