Transaction Advisory Project Evaluation Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an independent transaction advisor firm for legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Consultancy services shall be procured through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Electronic proposals only shall be accepted and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bid security of PKR 1,100,000 is required in the prescribed form. Bid opening will be held at 12:30 PM. The revised submission deadline supersedes the earlier date.
