Description
Procurement of an excavator, tractor, hydraulic trolley, water bowser and allied equipment for a housing scheme. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Electronic bids only shall be accepted and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bid security of PKR 476,000 is required in the prescribed form or bid securing declaration as specified. Bid opening will be held at 12:30 PM. The revised submission deadline supersedes the earlier date.
