Industrial Land Plots Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of land and plots at Industrial Area Rawat District Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS while manual bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-24 at 10:00 AM. Hard copies of NTN, ATL, GST, Blacklisting Affidavit and original Bid Security must be submitted before bid submission time. Bid security is PKR 1,200,000. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement covers acquisition of industrial land, commercial plots, property purchase, real estate acquisition, industrial estate plots and land procurement through EPADS under a single stage two envelope bidding process for eligible tax compliant bidders.
