A4 Paper Reams Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of A4 paper reams weighing 80 grams on a lot-wise basis. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement System and University websites. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed affidavit shall be uploaded with the bid and the bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office paper, A4 copy paper, printing paper, photocopy paper, office stationery and paper reams through electronic competitive procurement.
