Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposables Framework Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of multinational medicines, national medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Electronic bids are invited from financially sound pharmacy firms having valid retail drug sale licence Category A on Form 9, comprehensive storage facilities and business premises in Lahore. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bids for medicines shall be evaluated on maximum discount against DRAP retail prices while medical devices and surgical disposables shall be quoted on discounts against notified market prices. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Bid security shall be submitted through electronic bidding with the original CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft deposited before bid opening. Hard copies shall also be submitted after successful electronic submission. Funding shall be provided through Government of the Punjab, District Health Authority, Health Council and Health Insurance Program. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M.
