Description
Framework contract for procurement and repair of operational supplies, lubricants, stationery, printing material, computer stationery, sports items, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, road safety items, stores, ordnance items, hot and cold items, plant and machinery, furniture, computer hardware, IT equipment, machinery repair, furniture repair, building repair, transport repair and horse feeding for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% according to each procurement head shall be submitted in hard copy together with the electronic submission. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee and supply items within seven days of the supply order. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M.
