Maintenance Renovation Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of maintenance, renovation and development works including maintenance and renovation at the Department of Physics, maintenance and repair of official residence B-11, revamping of shed with chemical treatment at Jamia Abid Mosque, construction of passage from Ladies and Children Park to the overhead water tank, revamping of transformer installed with solar system and repair and maintenance of Girls Hostel. Bids are invited from contractors and firms holding valid PEC licences with relevant codes, active FBR registration and relevant experience. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated amount is required for each work. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: The procurement covers civil works, building maintenance, renovation, construction, repair works, transformer rehabilitation, solar system improvement, hostel maintenance and infrastructure development through electronic competitive procurement.
