Purchase Office Health Goods Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various goods and items required for the offices and formations for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee's end basis. Bids are invited from firms registered with GST, Income Tax, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote for the entire quantity and partial bids will be rejected. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated price of quoted items shall be submitted electronically. The successful bidder shall furnish a 2% performance guarantee before issuance of the supply order. Supply shall be completed within seven days of the work order and delayed delivery shall attract a penalty of 2% per month. Bids will be opened at 12:00 P.M. on the opening date.
