Procurement Of Office Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture. Electronic bids are invited from eligible furniture manufacturers registered with the relevant tax authorities and holding valid National Tax Number and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated cost is Rs.20,000,000 and bid security is Rs.1,000,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and the original bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be delivered before the bid submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M.
