Framework Contract For Local Purchase Of Medicines Surgical Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids are invited from companies, firms, authorized distributors and suppliers holding NTN, GST registration and valid CDSL Drug Sale Licence Form-9 Category-A where applicable. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.100,000 shall be submitted in the form of Bank Draft or CDR together with the electronic bid and the original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening. Separate bids shall be evaluated for multinational medicines, national medicines and disposable surgical items on the basis of maximum discount from retail price according to LP guidelines. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Bids will be opened at 12:30 P.M.
