Medical Gases Supplier Cylinders Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical gases in supplier's own cylinders and vessels for the year 2026-2027. Bids are invited through the Punjab E-Procurement System from active sales tax and income tax registered suppliers with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Combined technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded through the E-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed format. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 A.M. and opened at 10:30 A.M. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and may be cancelled under Rule 35.
