Framework Police Supplies Services Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items and services including transport spare parts and repairs, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing, IT equipment, machinery, furniture, ration for Katcha area police posts and pickets, repair of police stations, police offices, residential buildings, police lines, barracks, front desks, police driving schools, police khidmat markaz, police check posts and internet communication services for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Punjab E-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each head shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Technical bids shall include income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
