Prequalification Flood Relief Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms, companies, contractors and general order suppliers for the provision of standardized flood relief goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027 including food hampers containing drinking water, flour, rice and ghee, cooked food, transportation for local mobility, catering for relief camps, tents, ropes, mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, cots, mattresses, animal fodder and vehicles for transportation of relief goods. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Interested firms shall be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and submit prequalification applications electronically. Applications shall be opened on the same day after submission. Government taxes shall apply and blacklisted firms or government servants are not eligible.
