District Council Auditorium Renovation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for renovation of the District Council Auditorium Hall. Tenders are invited from firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted on item rate basis through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded in the form of CDR and the original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be retrieved and opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: This procurement covers auditorium renovation, building renovation, civil works, public building improvement, interior renovation and construction services through electronic procurement.
