Description

Procurement of Independence Day arrangements including lighting of offices, rest house, main chowks and monuments, tentage, sound system, refreshments, panaflex printing, national flags and badges. Tenders are invited from firms, contractors, general order suppliers and Pakistan Engineering Council registered entities through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Procurement shall be conducted on item rate basis. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded in the form of CDR and the original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event management, lighting, sound systems, tentage, event decoration, flags, promotional printing and ceremonial arrangements through electronic procurement.
