Abc Cable Smart Energy Meters Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement comprises installation of ABC cable and smart energy meters in District Diamer under the GBADP 2026-2027 scheme, including Sub Head ABC Cable and Sub Head Smart Energy Meter. Sealed bids are invited under the single stage two envelope bidding procedure from original manufacturers, joint ventures with original manufacturers or authorized dealers of original manufacturers registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with valid licence. Foreign bidders may participate only through a joint venture with a Pakistani contractor in accordance with PEC bye-laws. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Bid security in the form of deposit at call or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender documents may be purchased upon written application and payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial proposals opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02-08-2026 at 11:30 AM. Payments shall be subject to availability and release of funds. An undertaking regarding no blacklisting shall be provided on the firm's letterhead.
