Stationery Vehicle Hiring Support Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes stationery - miscellaneous items - repair of transport vehicles - hiring of private vehicles - tent services for special events - fair and exhibition services - food and diet services for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender shall also apply to all programs and special occasions in District Nagar in addition to the regular budget. Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed registered firms. Tender documents must be accompanied by the prescribed refundable call deposit in the form of a bank draft in the name of Deputy Commissioner Nagar and the prescribed tender document fee. Offers without earnest money shall not be entertained. Bank open or crossed cheques shall not be accepted. Overwriting is not acceptable and quotations must be signed and stamped. Bidders for repair of government vehicles must provide genuine spare parts and maintain a spare parts shop in District Nagar. All required documents must be attested by a Magistrate. Bids shall be submitted by the specified date and time and opened at the scheduled opening time. Rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027.
