Vehicle Repair Relief Items Exhibition Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes repair of regular and IS vehicles - purchase of relief items and other items for disaster mitigation works - exhibition and fair services - miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms. Tender documents shall be submitted using the single stage two envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Earnest money in the prescribed amount shall be submitted in the form of a demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank. Tender forms are available on payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee through Treasury Challan. An affidavit confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government organization or PPRA shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall supply the required goods and services up to 30 June 2027. Technical proposals shall carry 70% weightage and financial proposals 30%, with a minimum of 60% marks required in the technical evaluation. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
