Emergency Vehicle Maintenance Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes repair and maintenance of emergency vehicles including ambulances, fire vehicles and motor bikes - supply of medicines and related items - refilling of oxygen cylinders and fire extinguishers together with related items for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from registered auto workshops, auto spare part suppliers, medicine distributors and medical stores. Single stage one envelope procedure shall be adopted. A refundable bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000 are required. Tender documents with BOQ may be obtained from the Accounts Section of Rescue 1122 Khaplu Ghanche on written request until 22-07-2026. Auto spare part suppliers must specify an auto workshop within Khaplu city. Qualified firms' bid security shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
