Information Technology Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops, desktops, printers, photocopy machines, plotter, interactive screens and LED displays under separate lots. Bidders may participate in one or more lots and shall submit separate bids for each lot under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held before bid submission. Each lot shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or irrevocable Bank Guarantee. Original bid security shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened on the scheduled date and supplies shall be completed within fourteen calendar days after contract signing. Pro Tip: The procurement includes laptops, desktop computers, printers, photocopiers, plotters, interactive displays, LED screens, office automation equipment and information technology hardware.
