Emergency Relief Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of emergency relief items including single fly canvas tents, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets and portable toilets. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before bid closing. Samples of all items shall be provided before the closing date, while imported items may be supported by detailed technical brochures where samples are unavailable. Registered bidders with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax registrations appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. Pro Tip: The procurement covers disaster relief supplies, emergency shelters, humanitarian assistance equipment, relief tents, rescue equipment, sanitation units and emergency response materials.
