Hospital Procurement Auction Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines including national and multinational medicines, surgical and disposable items, procurement of digital X-ray films with maintenance services, laboratory items, general store items, annual auction of hospital canteen and annual auction of hospital parking facility. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement for goods shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Medicines shall be evaluated on highest discount basis, specified procurement lots on lowest evaluated bid basis and auction lots on highest bid basis. Bid security of 5% is required for procurement lots while auction lots require 10% earnest money. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Pro Tip: The procurement covers medicines, pharmaceuticals, surgical disposables, laboratory supplies, digital imaging materials, hospital general stores, maintenance services and healthcare facility management.
