Toners Cartridges Printers Fax Photocopiers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of toners and cartridges for printers, fax machines and photocopiers through electronic bidding. Eligible firms shall possess valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration Number, active taxpayer status and registration on EPADS Version 2.0. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security shall be submitted in the prescribed form including Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS and manual submissions shall not be accepted. The procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities according to requirements.
