Procurement And Maintenance Services For Hospital Operations Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts and annual maintenance contracts for procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices, orthopedic implants, laparoscopic items, outsourcing of laundry services for washing linen, outsourcing of janitorial services, outsourcing of security services, repair and maintenance of air conditioners and chillers, repair and maintenance of ventilators including Newport E360, Henen Lowenstein Elisa and Neumovent Graphnet models, procurement of ventilator parts for Mindray SV300, procurement installation and commissioning of CCTV surveillance system with control room and accessories, and one time repair with annual maintenance contract for B Braun Dialog+ dialysis machines. Electronic bids shall be submitted separately for each package through Punjab e-Procurement using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee shall accompany the technical bid and original instrument shall be submitted before opening of technical bids. Technically responsive bidders only shall qualify for further evaluation.
