Medicines Surgical Disposable Dialysis Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under a framework contract for medicines, surgical disposable items and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, possess professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 issued by Excise and Taxation Department and be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted with a scanned copy online while the original CDR or Pay Order must be deposited before office closing hours prior to bid submission. Bid opening will be conducted electronically after submission.
