Hospital Supplies Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Sealed quotations are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for annual procurement of hospital supplies and maintenance services including dental and laboratory chemicals, reagents, bedding, clothing, X-ray films, stationery, medical gases, equipment, furniture, repair and maintenance services, office building maintenance, ground maintenance, printing services, POL, transportation, solar system installation and maintenance, batteries and X-ray room lead paneling. Eligible firms shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Procurement shall be conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014 and the contract shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Pro Tip: The procurement includes medical consumables, laboratory chemicals, furniture, stationery, solar systems, generators, maintenance services, transportation and hospital operational supplies.
