Air Ticketing Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of reputable, experienced and IATA accredited air travel agencies for provision of domestic and international air ticketing services together with hotel reservations, visa facilitation, travel insurance, itinerary planning, ticket revalidation, refund management and round the clock service support. Eligible firms shall possess at least five years relevant experience, valid IATA accreditation, active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayer List status. Prequalification documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Applications shall be submitted before the prescribed deadline and evaluated under Rules 15 and 16 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
