Consultancy Services Ifrs 9 Ecl Model Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers hiring of consultancy firms for development and implementation of an IFRS-9 Expected Credit Loss model using the Least Cost Method on a lump-sum basis. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bidders shall upload all duly signed and stamped bid documents, BOQ and valid PEC certificate where applicable. The original physical bid bond shall be submitted before bid submission time where required. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: The consultancy includes IFRS 9 compliance, Expected Credit Loss modeling, financial risk assessment, impairment modeling, accounting advisory and financial consulting services.
