Framework Contract Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers a framework contract for local purchase of medicines including multinational manufacturers medicines - national manufacturers medicines - surgical and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of PKR 2.8 million. Separate discount rates shall be quoted for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical/disposable items based on the maximum discount from the printed MRP. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax where applicable, possess a renewed active Category-A Drug Sales License for 2026-27, and provide NTN and all applicable registration certificates. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Procurement Wing upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 and are also available on the Punjab PPRA website. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, valid for at least 90 days, in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bid submission closes at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules.
