Office Equipment It Transport Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items, computer stationery, printing items, hardware and software, other store items, transport items, repair of furniture, machinery, government buildings, furniture, IT equipment, road safety items, lubricants, stationery and related goods for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on a lot-wise basis. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS along with original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Technical and financial proposals shall be evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents. Performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value shall be required from the successful bidder.
