Wro System Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply, servicing, repair and maintenance of the Water Reverse Osmosis system for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, PPRA and PESSI possessing required technical, financial and managerial capabilities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Combined technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically. Electronic bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement covers WRO system maintenance, reverse osmosis plant servicing, water treatment equipment, hospital water purification systems, filtration maintenance and preventive maintenance services.
