Laboratory Equipment Reagent Rental Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for placement of laboratory equipment on reagent rental basis for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, PPRA and PESSI and having the required technical, financial and managerial capabilities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Combined technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted value shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
