Office Equipment Transport Information Technology Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of POL lubricants, electronic communication equipment, office stationery, other store items, computer stationery, sports items, tents and tarpaulins, computer hardware, stationery printing, miscellaneous information technology equipment, miscellaneous items, transport repair items, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, building items, road safety equipment, hot and cold items, beds, boxes, software and related supplies for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with FBR, PRA and EPADS may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid price is required for each lot. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically.
