Hospital Goods Healthcare Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of miscellaneous hospital items including laundry, plumber, electrical, welder, carpenter, sanitary, infection disposal items and utility store items, medical gases including liquid oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide, hospital bedding and linen items, biomedical waste disposal services, photostat services, maintenance of hospital bed lifts, printing items, stationery items, outsourced laboratory investigations and MRI, EEG, EMG, NCS and mammography services for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible income tax, sales tax and E-PADS registered manufacturers, firms and authorized distributors may participate. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR shall be submitted before opening. Prices shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes.
