Solar Systems Media Studio Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes provision and fixing of a solar system for water supply motors, installation of a solar system for Academic Block I and establishment of a Podcast and TV Studio for the Department of Media and Communication Studies. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Estimated costs are Rs. 2,840,000, Rs. 9,650,000 and Rs. 4,266,250 respectively with bid securities of Rs. 142,000, Rs. 482,500 and Rs. 213,312. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and general order suppliers registered with GST and Income Tax may participate. Bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System and submitted before 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis inclusive of all taxes.
