Office Supplies Information Technology Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of goods on package and lot wise basis including stationery items, printing and publication items, computer stationery, other stores, entertainment and gift items, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of transport items, lubricants, plant and machinery, uniforms, protective cloths, repair of furniture and fixtures, furniture and fixtures, information technology items, software, hardware repair and repair of information technology equipment. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities may participate. Electronic bids together with hard copy shall be submitted before 11:00 AM with bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bids shall be opened electronically at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
