E Commerce Marketplace Technology Operations Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of e-commerce marketplace technology and operations under Lot 01 with an estimated cost of Rs. 70,000,000 and fixed bid security of Rs. 1,400,000. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Separate technical and financial bids are required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and all documents specified in the bidding document are mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
